I have reconsidered, there is someone with less intelligence then the President of Iran and that is Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. This man is less than human, he can stand before the public calling our President a devil and what do I see coming from the public? Do I see a public outcry of united outrage against someone insulting the United States of America? No we see a few comments and no more.
What we do see is an outcry from whom, but the democrats. Now, if that were the case, then where is our united outcry? Nowhere to be seen. Just as we never see anything of a public statement from our country.
If the media does not tell the people, what to say then they are silent. That is about what it has come to in this country and it saddens me. We no longer have a voice of the people; we only have a silent majority who remains silent.
I have often stated that our country has a very short memory. That we tend to forget the why of things, such as why we were attacked on 911. Instead, we see Hollywood banding together and screaming it was a staged event brought about by our country to lead us into a war. That more than amazes me, it dumfounds the senses.
The Pope makes a statement that he lives to regret and the Muslim world makes a united outcry. We do not have the fortitude to make anything united anymore, where did that go and when will it return.
We need a united country, united against a common goal of success, we need a public that is not afraid to stand and be counted, and we need it now.
I would say it would be a safe bet that the memory of the American public is not much longer than that of the goldfish that swam through the castle.
