Soldier's Angels Need Our Support

The Ranter
The Views of The Ranter

Yesterday I received an email from papa Ray regarding a site dedicated to the Soldiers that needs everyone’s assistance called, Soldier's Angels. Their motto is, “May No Soldier Go Unloved” and they mean it.

I could not believe the task they have been doing and on donations from people like us. They have a few ways in which people like us can offer our assistance and support. Please take a moment and stop by and if you have a few extra bucks there are various ways in which to participate.

Through this blog I have met and correspond with many wonderful people, Papa Ray is one of them and if he is asking for our support for something pertaining to the soldiers, you can bet this is a charity that makes a difference.

I am going to let a portion of Papa Ray’s email speak for itself, these are his words. I edited out a portion I felt he had spoke in a personal nature and did not intend for publication, however, this portion is just as important.

Soldiers' Angels
currently supports thousands of American Service Members stationed wherever we raise our Country's Flag and the number is growing daily. We also work tirelessly supporting our Wounded Soldiers, with backpacks filled with needed items , personal visits, phone calls, etc. Additionally, we send our thanks via letters and email to the military of Great Britain, Poland and Australia who serve by our soldiers side in Iraq.

[My note: They are now also supporting all the troops in the Afghan theater]

Soldiers' Angels are dedicated to ensuring that our military know they are loved and supported during and after their deployment into harms way.

They take credit cards or they have a paypal button if you have an account there.

My donations are never very big, but every little bit helps.

Thanks for listening.
